These Terms govern your use of littlemisslondonjewellery.com(the “site”) and any purchase you make from Little Miss London (“we”, “us”, “our”). By placing an order, you confirm you have read and accept them.

Little Miss London is a handcrafted jewellery brand operating in the United Kingdom. You can reach us at hello@littlemisslondonjewellery.com.
Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old, or have permission from a parent or guardian, to place an order.
Products
Each piece of jewellery is handcrafted, so small variations between pieces — in finish, tone, and weight — are part of how they’re made and are not defects. Photographs are taken in good faith but may differ slightly from the piece you receive due to natural light and screen settings.
Where we describe materials as “sterling silver” or “18k gold vermeil”, we mean it: 925-grade silver and 18-karat gold plating respectively. Care guidance is provided with each piece and on the relevant product pages.
Pricing and payment
All prices are listed in pounds sterling (GBP) and include UK VAT where applicable. Shipping is calculated separately at checkout based on your delivery destination.
Payment is processed by Stripe. We accept the major card networks and any other payment methods Stripe offers in your region. Your card details are sent directly to Stripe over a secure connection — we never see or store them.
We make every effort to keep prices accurate, but if a clear pricing error occurs we reserve the right to cancel the order and refund any amount already paid.
Orders and acceptance
Placing an order is an offer to buy. We confirm receipt by email, but the contract between us is formed only when we email you to say the order has been dispatched. Until then we may decline an order for any reason — for example, if a piece is out of stock or we cannot verify your payment details.

Right to cancel (consumers)
If you’re a UK or EU consumer, you have the right to cancel your order and return your purchase within 14 days of receiving it, for any reason. Custom or personalised items are excluded from this right where they have been made to your specification. See Shipping & Returns for how to start a return.
Warranties and faults
Each piece is checked before dispatch. If your order arrives damaged or develops a fault not caused by everyday wear within 30 days, get in touch at hello@littlemisslondonjewellery.com with photos and we’ll arrange a repair, replacement, or refund as appropriate. Your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 are not affected.
Liability
Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for any liability that cannot be limited by law. Subject to that, our total liability to you arising out of any order is limited to the price you paid for that order.
Intellectual property
All content on the site — including the logo, photography, copy, and product designs — belongs to Little Miss London or is used with permission. You may not reproduce, resell, or distribute any of it without our written consent.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any dispute will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts, except that consumers may also bring proceedings in the country where they live.
Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. The current version is the one in force at the time you place an order, identified by the “last updated” date at the top of this page.
